Terms and conditions of use

General

• These Terms and Conditions cover rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of payment for products, delivery and return, liability of the parties and other provisions related.
• Any person of legal age whose legal capacity is not restricted by the court, minors with the consent of their parents or guardians (unless they have their own income); legal entities and authorized representatives of all persons named have the right to shop at minipasaulis.lt
• By placing an order at minipasaulis.lt the Buyer unconditionally confirms that he has the right to shop at minipasaulis.lt and expresses its agreement to the T&C.
• The Terms and Conditions, together with the Buyer's confirmed order, become part of the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller.
• The Seller has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of placing his order.
• The Seller takes no risk and liability if the Buyer has not properly familiarized himself with the T&C even though he has been given such opportunity.
• The Seller has the right to suspend activity of minipasaulis.lt temporarily or indefinitely without notice.

Contract of Sale

• Contract of sale is concluded when the Buyer places the order. The contract is considered enforceable when the Seller receives a payment confirmation from a certified payment service provider.
• Each order is stored in minipasaulis.lt online store database.

Prices and payment

• Prices for products and delivery service at minipasaulis.lt are in Euros including VAT.
• The Buyer may pay for the products by bank transfer, credit card, cash or online payment service.
• Payment shall be deemed to have been made when the total amount due has been received and credited to the Seller's account.
• The order is processed only after the Seller has received the payment confirmation. The Seller confirms to the Buyer that the order is being processed by email.

Delivery

• The products ordered by the Buyer are delivered by the Seller or an authorized third party to the address specified.
• In the event the Seller does not find the Buyer at the delivery address, the Seller has the right to transfer the products to any other adult present at the delivery address.
• If delivery of the products is not possible due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control, the products shall not be re-shipped unless the Buyer pays extra for the re-delivery of the products.
• The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery of the products may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
• If, at the time of acceptance of the products, the Buyer notices that the products do not correspond to the products ordered, he shall inform the Seller within 7 working days. If the Buyer notifies the Seller of such defect after this time limit, the Buyer shall be deemed to have received the products in good and intact condition.

Quality Warranty

• Warranty on the quality of the products is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
• The characteristics of each item on minipasaulis.lt are specified in the description.
• The products are covered by the Seller's statutory warranty. The term of the quality guarantee starts from the day of delivery of the products to the Buyer.
• The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the products in pictures at minipasaulis.lt in their color, shape or other features may not correspond to the actual color, shape or other parameters of the products due to the characteristics of the equipment used by the Buyer.
• Poor quality products are replaced in accordance with Rules for Return and Replacement of products legal act No. 217 of June 29, 2001.

Order Cancellation and Return

• The Buyer has the right to return or replace the products of inadequate quality in accordance with the Return and Replacement Rules No. 217 approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001.
• The Buyer has the right to return the products of suitable quality in accordance with Online products And Services Sales Rules No. 258 approved by the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001. In this case the costs of returning the products shall be covered by the Buyer.
• When returning the products, the returned item must be in the full set and in the original undamaged packaging (unless the Buyer returns a defective item).
• The Seller reserves the right to cancel the concluded contract of sale by notifying the Buyer by e-mail and refunding the money paid by the Buyer if the Seller does not have a sufficient quantity of products ordered by the Buyer.
• The Buyer's complaint regarding the cancellation of the contract of sale, return of products and other claims must be sent to: Mini Pasaulis UAB, Saltoniskiu 9, Vilnius 08105, Lithuania or email info@minipasaulis.lt.
• Upon cancellation of the contract the Buyer must return the ordered products to the Seller within 15 calendar days. The cost of returning the ordered products shall be paid by the Buyer.
• The Seller, upon receipt of the Buyer's notice of cancellation of contract of sale, shall return the money paid to the Buyer for the products within 15 calendar days after receipt of the returned products.

Final provisions

• Terms and Conditions are drawn up and governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the application or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
